All plans include unlimited users, agents, and services; all integrations; MCP access (connect your MCP servers, and use Cleric from Claude Code, Cursor, and other MCP clients); Google Workspace sign-in; operational memory; and investigation history.

Credits cost $0.50 on monthly plans and $0.40 with an annual commitment. Additional credits cost the same per-credit rate as your plan. Enterprise pricing is negotiated. Monthly credits roll over for one month, up to twice the monthly allocation. Annual plans use one annual pool.

If it causes a regression, Cleric detects it, investigates the cause, and proposes a fix while the change context is still fresh.
- **Issue investigation:** An Issue can start from an alert, monitor, or failed deploy. Cleric finds the root cause, verifies it, and proposes a fix. Repeat alerts join the open Issue at no extra charge.
- **Chats:** A Chat is any other agent session that uses Cleric’s knowledge and integrations, including any custom agent invocations you define. A request under 30 seconds is free. After that, each started minute the agent runs costs one credit. Idle time is not billed.

### Which changes does Cleric verify?

By default, Cleric follows every change from release messages in Slack or Microsoft Teams. You can add filters if you only want it to verify certain repositories, services, or changes.

### What if a change looks fine and breaks later?

Cleric monitors the change for up to 14 days and reports a regression if it detects one.

### What counts as an Issue?

An Issue is a production problem Cleric investigates end to end. It can start from a page, scheduled monitor, or failed deploy. Repeat alerts join the open Issue at no extra charge. **Each Issue costs 10 credits.** Follow-up passes are included.

### What does Cleric do for free?

Repeat alerts that join an open Issue, retries, and corrections or extra passes on the same Issue are free. A chat request under 30 seconds is free.

### What if Cleric gets it wrong?

Corrections and additional passes on the same Issue do not use more credits.

### What happens if I run out of credits?

Monthly credits roll over for one month, up to twice your monthly allocation. Annual plans use one annual pool. You can buy more credits or set a hard cap. We do not bill overages without written approval.

### Do you train on our data?

### What happens at the end of the annual contract?

Annual contracts run for 12 months and renew automatically. The Order Form defines the renewal notice and true-up terms.
