By default, Cleric follows every change from release messages in Slack. You can add filters if you only want it to verify certain repositories, services, or changes.
Cleric monitors the change for up to 14 days and reports a regression if it detects one.
An Issue is a production problem Cleric investigates end to end. It can start from a page, scheduled monitor, or failed deploy. Related and repeat alerts remain part of the same Issue. Each Issue costs 10 credits. Follow-up passes are included.
Cleric does not charge for knowledge questions, system management, or handoffs to other tools. It also does not charge for retries, duplicates, or inconclusive results.
Corrections and additional passes on the same Issue do not use more credits.

The evaluation includes 500 credits and has no time limit. Connect Cleric to your code and production tools, then use the credits at your own pace until they run out.
Annual contracts run for 12 months and renew automatically. The Order Form defines the renewal notice and true-up terms.
